SAM-Complete app for iPhone and iPad

SAM-Complete is part of a suite of applications designed to help all parties in multi-party contracts to maximise the benefit they get from participating in the solution. For solution users, SAM Complete supports all phases of the solution from Selection, through Build and Operate, to Review. It provides a model scheme for the documentation required at each phase. During the selection phase, it allows all participants in the selection to make considered and measurable judgements on the suitability of candidates based on their particular areas of expertise and allows executives, via a dashboard, to review the selection process. Crucially, it ensures that all of the detail of the selection, including claims made by participants, is retained for later phases, particularly the review phase.

During all phases, SAM collects information from all participants right down to the smallest subcontractor on how they view the solution, enabling senior executives, again through a dashboard, to look for potential trouble spots without requiring reports from busy project managers. This allows problems to be brought out and dealt with at an early stage before the success of the solution is impaired.

In this way, the investment of all participants in the solution is protected and should result in the solution becoming an asset to all.
